Redeeming an access code sent by a coach or team mate

If you have been sent a unique access code by a coach or team mate, you will first need to have an account on the site. 

How to set-up an account on the site

If you are redeeming a code while setting up a new account, you'll need to select 'Yes, I have been given a prepaid access code'

Then select 'Access code or online gift voucher code' - here's where you can type your code into the box that appears:

If your code is for a full subscription, you'll now have access to everything in the video library

If your code is for a single video course, you can redeem it with any of the courses on the site. When you select a video you will see a box underneath which allows you to redeem your code:
